Dual Career Services – Intended to make opportunities for employment accessible to relocating life partners of new UF faculty members.
Employee Assistance Program – The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a wide range of services, including individual employee evaluation and referral, consultation services for supervisors, workshops, training sessions and support groups.
Employee Education Program – The Employee Education Program, or EEP, is an opportunity funded by university resources that enables full-time UF Academic Personnel, TEAMS employees, and USPS employees who have been employed in good standing for at least six months to receive tuition assistance for up to six credit hours of instruction per semester at the state university closest to their work location.
Family and Medical Leave Act – Up to 12 workweeks of unpaid, job-protected leave a year, with group health benefits maintained during the leave period.
