We are committed to helping you reach your full potential with a range of training programs and resources. Whether you’re looking to enhance your business communication skills, develop management strategies, or improve personal and financial literacy, we offer a variety of courses to meet your needs.
We also provide specialized Leadership Development programs to refine your existing leadership skills and explore new ones through targeted education and training. Additionally, programs like Gator Business Administrator Services (GBAS) and Research Administration & Financials Training (RAFT) offer valuable insights and skills, in collaboration with other campus departments.
Our Organizational Development services partner with UF leaders to boost organizational effectiveness. Through tailored retreats, one-on-one coaching, and custom training interventions, we work with teams to ensure they are aligned with their goals and performing at their best.
UF supports your educational goals through the Employee Education Program (EEP), available to full-time, TEAMS, USPS, and Academic Personnel who have been with the university for at least six months. The EEP provides tuition assistance for up to six credit hours per semester at a Florida public university, college, or community college nearest to your principal work location. Supervisory approval and meeting the academic requirements of the attending institution are necessary to participate.
