UF Engaged launches new approach to staff evaluations
This summer, UFHR will introduce “UF Engaged,” a new approach to staff appraisals designed to encourage regular feedback, rather than a once-a-year evaluation. This new system is expected to be available beginning in late summer. With UF Engaged, there will no longer be annual appraisals, ratings or complicated categories. Instead, leaders and managers will get a quarterly reminder to provide feedback to employees, arranged around each employee’s anniversary date. Learn more.
