Our collective struggles to live with the stress brought about by the pandemic have led to an increased demand for mental health support.

Jacqueline Hobbs, M.D., Ph.D., associate professor in the College of Medicine’s department of psychiatry, says the burden of coping with stress caused by the upheaval of normal life means we all need to pay closer attention to our mental well-being.
